Health and Wellness
Renaissance Solutions allows you to choose a healthcare plan that works best for you and for your family. Employees who are eligible to enroll in benefits will be able to enroll within the first 30 days of employment and will be eligible to participate on the first of the month following sixty (60) days after their date of hire. While eligibility varies, most employees have their choice of several different plans.

Life Insurance
There are enough things to worry about in life; we don’t want uncertainty about your family’s future to be one of them. We want the people of Renaissance Solutions to have peace of mind, knowing that they and their families are well cared for in any eventuality. Employees that are enrolled in our medical plan will be enrolled in our company paid Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance (AD&D). We also give our employees an option to add additional life insurance for you, your spouse and children at affordable group rates.

Our 401(k) plans are tax efficient options that allow you to save through payroll deductions and invest. After completing one year of service, you will be eligible to enroll/contribute to the plan and receive safe harbor company matching contributions. Plan design, eligibility and contribution levels vary by work group.
